1. Introduction

Welcome to Zeno Models ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at zenomodels.com and the services provided by Zeno Models, headquartered at The One Tower, 43 floor, Dubai, UAE. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Zeno Models provides model management, talent scouting, event staffing, brand ambassador placement, fashion show production, and photography services. The scope, pricing, and timeline of services are defined in individual project agreements between Zeno Models and the client.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings require a signed project agreement and a 50% deposit to secure. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfers, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), and corporate cheques. International clients may pay via wire transfer.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 or more days before the project date are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 7-14 days before the project date receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the project date are non-refundable. Rescheduling is available free of charge when requested 7 or more days in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Zeno Models and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Usage rights for campaign materials, photographs, and model images are defined in individual project agreements.

6. Model Usage Rights

The usage rights for model images and campaign materials are specified in each project agreement. Unauthorized use of model images beyond the agreed scope constitutes a breach of contract and may result in additional licensing fees and legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zeno Models shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of a project, including but not limited to creative briefs, brand strategies, model portfolios, and financial terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
